1. The app
OneKind is a calm mobile app intended to support one real-world act of kindness each day. By using the app, you agree to use it lawfully and responsibly and not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access features or purchase entitlements in unauthorized ways.
OneKind is local-first and intentionally simple. It does not require accounts or cloud sync, and it is not offered as a social network, emergency service, or verification system for real-world acts.
2. Billing and one-time purchase
OneKind Plus is a one-time premium unlock. It is not a subscription and does not involve recurring billing from OneKind for the premium unlock itself.
Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play, and OneKind may use RevenueCat to help manage entitlement status and restore purchases. Pricing, billing, refunds, and transaction rules may also be subject to the policies of the store through which you made the purchase.
3. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OneKind and its developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or use arising from or related to your use of the app or website.
OneKind is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. It is not a substitute for professional, medical, mental health, legal, financial, or emergency services.
